My daughter was home from college and we noticed that one of her headlights was out the morning she was supposed to drive back - a 3 hour drive. I called Honda’s service department and they were booked solid, but they said to bring the car up. They had the light replaced and her on her way in a short amount of time. Everything as expected I scheduled a service for our mini-van, I got several reminders for the appointment. I wanted to re-schedule and I was able to simply do it.
