The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star is because I sat in my car for 8 minutes without an acknowledgement that I was there. Had I been acknowledge, even a simple wave indicating they'd be with me in a second I would've given this experience 5 stars. The check in process was fine, nothing amazing or horrible. My estimated wait time was an hour and a half and it took just under 2 hours from my scheduled appointment time. I was handed off to another person in the service department,he was very helpful with answering questions I had and the checkout process was seamless. More
