I had my Acura MDX serviced today at Ira Acura of Westwood. Marc Cesare greeted me immediately and quickly checked me and told me it would be 60-90 minutes. The process was quick, and Marc was efficient, pleasant and professional. Clearly my technician (Emily Rappa)was very efficient as my car was ready in less than an hour. During this time, Marc made sure I knew how to contact him if I had any questions. The check out process was quick and I was on my way. I am extremely pleased with the service here and actually do not mind coming in for service. Looking forward to working with Marc in the future. More

2019 MDX reliability is extremely poor 4 recalls and over $8,000 repair expenses for a 5 year car including a a timing belt replacement which should never happen!!!! Westwood Ira Acura is an amazing dealership. I as able to make a same day appointment and was taken early. I was in need of some maintenance on my car, and chose to wait in the dealership.
