At least my Acura RDX back in December at this same dealership today I went for my first service and it was a great experience Steven the service rep was very helpful and accommodating. The whole servi dealership today I went for my first service and it was a great experience Steven the service rep was very helpful and accommodating. The whole service took about almost an hour and a half. I waited at the dealership and had my lunch. I will definitely be back when I need my next service. More

The worst dealership ever visited in 40 years. Very cheap and irresponsible. I was shopped for a recent used car. First of all, they tried to severely undercut the trade-in value, about a half of Very cheap and irresponsible. I was shopped for a recent used car. First of all, they tried to severely undercut the trade-in value, about a half of what a Lexus dealer offered. The salesperson (Phap Tran) made mistakes of sending insurance info to a wrong email address, and never tried to solve it by himself. Not even an apology. Never around the customer. Awful salesman and the whole management. More
