* Scheduled a test drive for a specific vehicle - ended up test driving another one because they "forgot" to fill the gas. * Saleman failed to fulfill his job: ** suggesting good rate for excellent cr up test driving another one because they "forgot" to fill the gas. * Saleman failed to fulfill his job: ** suggesting good rate for excellent credit but ended up higher than what was presented before signing; ** promised registration done the same day as/ next day of delivery date, ended up waiting for next week after a long weekend ** when registration done, he lost it somehow, while lying that they put it in the vehicle's compartment box - only realized when I drove home ** took almost 2 weeks for truying, but failed, to clear up the Acura Link - frustrated by false promises, one after another, I had to call Acura myself to have it done in 15' * Complained to the lady that assigned the saleman to my case and all I got was just generic wordings - no action. What a negative of an experience! More
