I came in to do a recall. Left. New check engine light popped up. Returned it to be fixed. Brought my car back with the problem fixed and a new problem raised which would Left. New check engine light popped up. Returned it to be fixed. Brought my car back with the problem fixed and a new problem raised which would have costed me extra $$. I refused the service bc it was clear that the new problem was caused by them. Service Manager, Joe Sachetti, called me 7am the next morning to apologize for my experience and accepted full responsibility. They provided me with a loaner at no cost. Fixed the problem at no cost to me. Righted a huge wrong and accepted full responsibility. I get it, employees don’t get paid enough to think big picture. Joe was a true professional and did the right thing. He turned a 0 stars into 5 stars. As long as Joe is working there, i will make sure i will come back for service. More
