I have and do retain all my paperwork of visits at the dealership but I likely will not go there again, I look at different brands now for my next purchase. As for Jose Silva i have not delt with him at all, I needed to choose a person just to post my review. Most everyone from the dealership are gone. I was told there that many dealerships function like this,yet I do see multiple dealerships that are around for many,many years. As for my issues it was sales,service and complete failures there.

10+ years of not covered under warranty, being told I need things not necessary but dealer recommended to maintain warranty. Being told issues were just normal and live with it. Multiple trips back and forth to get proper service, not fixing CORRECTLY the issues under recall and manufacturer tsb's on issues. Even told Acura warranties really did not cover issues unless you do dealership recommended items to maintain manufacturer warranty issues at customer expense. THIS dealership (Walpole,Prime, now Ira) wants now to say sorry?????? What happened when I was there before. PLEASE PEOPLE GO TO OTHER DEALERS, IRA IF IT FOLLOWS HISTORY OF PREVIOUS OWNERS OF THIS LOCATION LIKELY WILL NOT BE AROUND LONG LIKE MANY OF THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS THEY USED TO BE Honda, Lexus,Toyota, Mazda,Subaru, and others are just as good,and likely will give better and lower service costs. Your paying for a coffee and fruit and a bottle of water at this dealership. For those that read this far,I went there due to location there are so few Acura dealers. If you buy one there are stable Honda dealers that have been Round much longer. They can service many issues,at lower costs to owners. I stopped getting service there for years I prefer other dealerships that have been around much longer,there is a reason why dealers change names so often. I expect this response will be buried to avoid anyone seeing it.
