Great customer service by Justin. Turnaround time was one of the speediest ever. Unfortunately the car wash wasn’t working to provide a complete service visit in class. The rare occasion I do bring my child along, they had run out of snacks. They didn’t have any USB ports to charge my cell phone. I don’t know how they’re going to cater to the next generation without these simple amenities that you would expect from a brand like Acura. The waiting area is not customer oriented or comfy. I can see the investment in the building but the investment lacks value in focusing on the customer. They have to do a better job on the vacuuming the vehicle as well. The cars are being built and designed to meet the future but the service is not keeping up. More
My most recent service experience for an oil change and tire rotation on 12-7-19 was lousy. When the car was ready, it sat in the bay for 20 minutes before I got up and asked someone if they could help me tire rotation on 12-7-19 was lousy. When the car was ready, it sat in the bay for 20 minutes before I got up and asked someone if they could help me with checking out.That person was helpful, but it’s unacceptable that the car was ready and nobody came to get me. Also, I texted someone named Justin about the status of my car and he never replied even though he texted me at the beginning of my service encouraging me to reach out by text or phone if I had any questions.
