The Price was the first driver- Langway Ford beat another dealer by $870 for my Fusion SE. There documentation fee was under $200 which was 1/2 of the other dealers price. Pete and David made sure I got taken care as fast as possible under the conditions. Brian in finance worked with me past closing on Valentines day without a mention of the time, He just worked fast to get the job done! Langway Ford had trouble getting a hold of me to get the registration done, they above the call of duty to make sure when I arrived at the predermined time on 2/15, I would be able to drive home in my new car. I have not purchased a car in over 10 years, but found myself having to look for a car. I decided to look for a used car at Langway Ford in Auburn, Ma. At the dealership, Peter took the time to see if any other cars might have been aded to their website that I might also be interested in. The first car I looked at was a Ford Fusion with low mileage within my price range. Loved it at first sight. I was advised to look at a couple other cars to make sure. The staff took the time to move cars around so that I could test drive the cars before I made my final decision. After severel test drives, I knew the Fusion was the right decision. The financing and other paperwork was done quick and the car was ready within days. After getting the car, there was a small problem, which waas handled the same day. It was handled by Matt and since it would take several hours, Harold lent me his hybrid Fusion for the afternoon. The Sales and Service staff are very friendly and an enjoyment to work with. I would recommend Lanyway Ford to all my friends for a new or used vehicle. More
