Maintenance, oil change and inspection I usually get great service from this dealership.This service left me wondering what is going on. The adhesive from old sticker was not entirely remo I usually get great service from this dealership.This service left me wondering what is going on. The adhesive from old sticker was not entirely removed before putting new inspection sticker on. Pieces of sticker were left behind. Grease on the molding near where sticker was removed. Backing peeled from new sticker left on floor of car. Had to ask for multipoint inspection report. When I got the report it had all green which is usually a good thing. But, it had all 12s for tire tread depth and brake linings which is incorrect. On a previous maintenance visit the tire tread depth was all 7/32 and brake linings measurements were 9 and 8 millimeters. So after driving 6,000 miles you should see a decrease not an increase in the above mentioned measurements not and increase. When I called to the service manager to talk about my experience it went to voicemail. It has been over a week now with no call back from manager. I know you can do better because you have in the past. I have in the past recommended their service but if it does not improve I will not be going there for service and purchasing my next Ford there! More
