Excellent customer service! I was searching for a Toyota 4 runner, I found a few on the "Prime" website so I went down to Saco to see if they had any on their lots. I didn't see any in my price range at the Saco dealership but Britney from prime Honda approached me and let me know if there were any I was interested in from their other locations she could look into bringing them up for me to check out. Britney was super helpful and was on top of everything! She was in contact with me immediately and kept me in the loop every step of the way! I told her what I wanted and she brought the vehicle up the next day! She let me know when my vehicle arrived in Saco and sent photos. I was very pleased with her service and have already recommended my friends to go to prime for their reasonable prices and to go to prime Honda so they could have Britney help them. She was incredible! I'm glad I had her help me with my vehicle search. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was there was a scrape on a fender flare I didn't see in any of the photos, which I'm going to need to replace, and there was an imperfection on the windshield. It is safe and inspectable but i was a little disappointed because I didn't notice it until the next day after I had already purchased it. Those are two little things. Overall I had a great experience with Britney at prime and I love my car! More
