This was over a hour and half trip for me and after its all said and done would do it again when I am back in the market. At first I was nervous about traveling a distance after speaking on the phone. I was wrong.... no Pressure, no stories and more than fair with their pricing. Once we were done the van was not ready and they drove the van down to my house the next day to deliver! Do not second guess going to Prime. More

We have had all our service done at the dealership, and they are so accommodating. They always ask what is the most convenient time for us, and always have the vehicle done at the time specified. They have never tried to push us into having work done that we felt was unnecessary, and we have always been satisfied with the work and price. Our sales associate, Maria Surprenant, always worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for us. She has never been pushy, and always asked what we were interested in. She never pressured us into any sale, and always made sure we were satisfied with what we purchased. She always listens to what we have to say, even if it involves a lot of personal issues. She is genuinely concerned about what is best for us. We live 45 minutes away from the dealership and have others that are closer to us, but we feel so comfortable dealing with Maria and Prime Honda, that we didn't even consider another person or place when we were ready to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Maria for finding us our third perfect van! More
