Pretty Good Service I originally inquired about a 2004 Honda Civic. I spoke with Shane several times and was very polite to me. I came in to test drive the Civic but walk I originally inquired about a 2004 Honda Civic. I spoke with Shane several times and was very polite to me. I came in to test drive the Civic but walked out with a Malibu instead. If I had to pin any point of the experience as needing help it would be that management did not relay important information to Shane about the car being dealt to auction. I still bought a car from them but it was lucky on both of our parts that a comparable car had come in the night before. I enjoy the car I bought but would've loved to been told about the Civic before making the trip over there. More

I tested three vehicles and Maria was able to answer all of my questions about them. When I mentioned that my normal commute to work takes me through hills and curves, she immediately came up with an alternate test drive route that encompassed similar terrain. When it came time to discuss numbers, she worked hard to get me a fair price that met my budget, and ultimately came in $30/month lower than I had been prepared to pay. Maria was never pushy, and when I decided to pass on a new car for a pre-owned one, she never gave any impression of disappointment or frustration.
