For instance, Shane worked with us recently, he made us feel very comfortable answering all of our questions, explaining details we were interested in and wanted to know. It was easy talking with Shane, I felt like he was a long time friend we hadn't seen in years, he was honest, not pushy, humorous and professional. One really great thing was that he helped us figure out how to link my phone with the car! Shane really helped us find the right car for us and we were relaxed no stresses, that means a lot. I'd like to mention Mike also, he and Shane have a fun working relationship that we really enjoyed, so refreshing seeing everyone work together in a positive way. Mike explained all of the financial options and we were able to choose what we really wanted and needed. Mike was fun and professional to work with. This is our third car we have purchased at Prime and we highly recommend it, we wouldn't go anywhere else. More

I went to Shane at Honda, and he was able to drive me around to 3 other Prime locations on the Auto Mile and show me different models. He worked well with the other dealers, and was knowledgeable about models from Ford, Volkswagen, Chevy and Honda. He worked around my busy schedule, and communicated through text, email and phone. My salesperson, Jon Cluff, worked hard with me to get a me a deal under the TMV. When I asked for a couple days to decide if I wanted to commit, Jon was patient and didn't pressure me into making a deal before I was ready. I really appreciated that, and it's why I came back several days later to finalize the deal. Not only did Jon work hard on getting me fair value for my trade in (almost $1,000 more than any other dealership offered, and in line with what all the various websites said about trade in value on my old car), but he was laid back and never gave off the impression that he had a trick up his sleeve. I enjoyed my experience at Prime Honda (and I'm enjoying my new Civic!), and I would recommend working with Jon to anyone who is thinking about a new car (especially a Honda). More
