He is relatively new there but he is attentive, patient and willing to help you figure out What YOU want, not what HE can sell you. Nick and Prime Honda had to work hard for me as my credit is not perfect and for that I'm very appreciative. As I just bought the vehicle all of my experience thus far is with the sale which is why i haven't rated the Quality of Work. I will certainly post back here when I have dealings that relate to that as well as post sale service. More

I went to Prime Honda for a CRZ. Initially they refused to deal. Then on the 29th of the month they called me and told me they would take $1000.00 off the cost if I signed the deal the next day. I did. Gre to deal. Then on the 29th of the month they called me and told me they would take $1000.00 off the cost if I signed the deal the next day. I did. Great experience from start to finish. 6 months later we wanted to trade our 2008 Ridgline for a 2012 model. Norm Tantingco told me our Ridgeline was worth nothing to them (I still have the email). Prime offered me a trade value that was $4000 below NADA TRADE IN MEDIAN PRICE. We went else where to buy our new truck. Last month we decided the CRZ EX NAVI, as great as it was (43 mpg), was just too small. We did not go to Prime to trade because of the way were traded on our Ridgeline. However, we had a refund coming on 2 extanded plans we purchased. We brought all the required documents including the letter of pay off for the CRZ. I left the dealership with proof of cancellation. 20 minutes later I noticed they only noted one policy number even though I gave them BOTH numbers. Mike said it was a mistake and to come back and get yet another form. Mike seemed very upset that I was requesting this refund. The check for over $1750.00 was to come directly to me as I had provided a letter of pay off. Even though they had this document Mike had the check sent to Honda Financial who had to refund me directly. No big deal but obviously just a way to try to add to the irritattion factor by delaying the refund. It wasn't a huge delay, maybe a week. Honda Financial has been amazing to deal with. My new purchase was not a Honda. Mike's parting comment as I left Prime Honda Saco was "good luck with that car". Not so much the words he said but how he said them. Prime's serivce department is excellent and I highly recommend them. Honda makes a great product and I am sure that some time in the future I will be buying another, just not at Prime Honda Saco. Made the mistake of going to Berlin auto first,but really,really thankful that my wife and I decided to visit Prime Honda before making our decision on a new vehicle. When the process of financing began, so began the high pressure sales involving more than one extended warranty on our vehicle. Despite the repeated refusals by my son-in-law no was not an option. He had to step out of the office and get my input to finally convince them to let up. I plan to be in that dealership today August 3 2011. If for some reason, the finance department feels my comments are unjust, I would be happy to discuss it with them!In any future dealings with Prime motors, I would be very clear from the start that high pressure sales tactics would not be appreciated or tollerated. We were surprised with this experience because the whole dealershir has been so nice and easy to work with. 5 stars to the dealership and 1 star to the high pressure finance dept. More

The Finance Team went out of their way to meet my specific financial needs, without question. It was a "genuine" experience. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to purchase many new and used vehicles from Maine to Virginia. I have come to view the exercise as one of life's painful necessities, similar to going to the dentist. The folks at Prime Honda have totally changed my opinion of the process. We initially went to the dealership because we thought it might be time to replace our 1997 Accord. Joe McCullum met us soon after our arrival and very knowledgeably discussed vehicle options based on our driving needs and budget. We fairly quickly determined that a new Accord was the answer, completed a test drive, and discussed and priced models in their inventory. Armed with the information we had come after, we left the dealership. Joe thanked us for stopping by and asked us to call with any questions we might have. I was amazed. There was no pressure, no demand to meet the sales manager, and no attempt to push a car on us that day. Two days later, we returned and purchased a new Accord. I again braced for the slew of after-market options that I was sure would be pushed on us. As with the initial experience, Joe, and Mike Gibel who completed the financial transaction, explained the available options, answered questions we had about each of them, and we selected the items we wanted. No pressure. If you want a pleasant, stress-free buying experience, I highly recommend that you seek out Joe McCullum at Prime Honda. More
