This was my first time ever car shopping. My mom went with me, and did most of the negotiating and talking at all of the dealerships we went to. Elizabeth did a great job of answering my questions and ma with me, and did most of the negotiating and talking at all of the dealerships we went to. Elizabeth did a great job of answering my questions and making sure I was happy with the car, not just my mom. It was the only dealership that really got my opinion on how I felt. I thought I knew what car I was going to get, and although it ended up being one that isn't really around, I felt discouraged. Elizabeth showed me the honda civic right after and it was perfect. I couldn't stop thinking about it and when i went to try another car at a different dealer, it just didn't compare. So my mom and I had gone back and everyone was really nice! and I had my car the next day! More

He not only pay attention to my needs but was willing to help me figure out the best car for me in my payment range. He didn't try to sell me a car that he could sell me, he sold me a car that I wanted. He really got to know me as a person to see what would best fit me...we looked all over the prime dealerships..and finally found one I fell in love with..Nick Guay definitely took care of me when it came to finding the right car for me, he didn't want to sell me anything that he wouldn't buy himself, and i was grateful to find a salesman like him.. Joe McCullum went above and beyond for me. I came to him with the situation of two used vehicles I wanted to get out of but never did I imagine I would be driving a 2012 Honda Accord. He took the time to li with the situation of two used vehicles I wanted to get out of but never did I imagine I would be driving a 2012 Honda Accord. He took the time to listen to my personal situation and I could tell he thought about it overnight because he called me the next day with a solution. He is also completely knowlegable, not only of what Prime has to offer but of the industry all together. What I thought would be months of searching and dealing took only a week from the minute I met with Joe until I signed and drove away with my 2012 Honda Accord! With sincere thanks, Michelle More

Got recall notice for sunroof at same time oil change was due. was able to get them to give me loaner due to recall when scheduled over phone. When I arrived, there was no indication of loaner on work order. They had no loaner for me. 2. just about time for my third oil change and to my surprise, my check oil light blinked on when I stopped short. Not good. Called dealer, left message, no call back. I had to add 3+ quarts of oil. I had been driving 80% highway for work, an hour each way. This was crazy. They checked it out and couldn't find anything, acted like there was no problem. My service person said I shouldn't have put any oil in the car before they looked at it. Really?? I should drive it with the oil light coming on and no oil even registering on the dip stick? That didn't sound like a good idea to me. Oil has been fine ever since, with the exception of next item. Question??? Did they maybe not change the oil the previous time? 3. Had my oil changed recently. Checked it and found that it was overfilled about 25% Called the dealer. They said bring it in (40 mile round trip) and we'll fix. So I bring it in. They say they drained and refilled. Checked it again and it was still about 25% over filled in terms of length of fill paddle. Did they not do it? Did they do it and overfill it again?? Either way, incompetent. I called the dealer again to speak with my rep. Left a message with someone else as he was busy. I never got a call back. 4. I asked one time how they do their tire rotation on my vehicle. I was told that they do front to back, same side. They do not go front to back, cross back to front. As I was having some road noise and tire wear, I asked again much later and I was told that they do front to back, cross back to front. Well, ...which is it? Is this maybe wy I'm having road noise and tire wear?? I was then told at 25000 miles in the beginning of summer that my tires were about 50% worn and that I'd probably be looking at another set by winter. Really?? I'm going to drive 25000 miles in the summer and fall?? He also told me there was no need to rotate them again before I replace them. Really?? 5. I had a vibration in my steering wheel/column, just as I'd begin to go forward/backward and putting any pressure on the wheel to turn it. They could not replicate, so I had the technician in the vehicle and replicated it. After trying to essentially tell me it's normal, he said he could have the rep get an o.k. to replace the power steering pump. Really?? Just like that?? Is that the problem?? I'm not a mechanic but I'm also not a moron. I do my homework and have friends that have worked on their own cars for years and learn from them and trust them. I expect that these dealers know what they're doing, return phone calls, at least get the oil level right the 2nd time, if you say I can get a loaner, then have one ready and don't make like I made it up or something. Did this dealer do anything dishonest, I hope not, and am not alleging this. However, the info that I was given, the issues that I've had after spending nearly $40000 with them do not instill confidence in me that the next time I see them there will be a different result. More
