Overall the process was painfully drawn out but that wasn't the dealers fault at all, a customer who was finalizing a purchase took a long time so I was stuck waiting around. Once the waiting process was over things moved quickly. They tried to push additional items, which is their job, and I appreciated it because I can respect a good sales pitch. Overall the car buying process went well. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The car is great, got it at a pretty fair market price and I have no complaints. More
