I'd been looking for a new or used car for a couple of months and ended up at Prime Honda because I highly recommend Nate Valliere from Prime Honda. I'd been looking for a new or used car for a couple of months and ended up at Prime Honda because I originally wanted a 2016 Pilot, but learned I really couldn't afford the one I wanted. So, I kept my eye out for a used Toyota Highlander. Although I could have gone to any dealership, I stayed with Nate because of his professionalism, patience and willing to help me get what I wanted. I just bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited that was over at Prime Toyota. I recommend Nate and remember he can help you into any car, new or used from any of the Prime Dealerships, not just Honda. More

GREAT listener. he narrowed down car selection process and custom fit them according to our specified requests. peter was professional and dedicated his efforts to understanding our needs. he was there to help and answer any presale and post sale inquiries. important to note that there were never any feelings that peter was annoyed or frustrated, like many other sales associates may have been. he took the time necessary to get us the required answers in a timely fashion. he NEVER showed any indications of "now that i sold you the car, im all done with you" attitude. i highly recommend that you seek out peter macridis as he will take good care of you, serve your needs/desires and assure that all his support departments are there to service you with the same care. one of the most confidence inspiring qualities of peter was that he didn't give you answers he wasn't sure about. rather he indicated any slight uncertainty and sought out the correct answer. many would have just given you the answer you wanted, and not take the time to seek out the correct one. this is not a reflection of peter's knowledge, but rather an indication that you can have the ultimate confidence he will do what needs to be done to minimize frustration and ambiguity. this is a quality that all consumers should consider and look for when making any purchase. we will be purchasing another car in the near future and will make every effort to go back to peter again. Treated me like I was not important I came to this dealership first to trade my car and get a newer one. I was so disgusted I just ended the conversation by getting into my car and driving down the road to Lee Auto Mall where I got fabulous service and ended up buying a new car. The HR-V that we wanted was in short supply and even though we had our name on the wait list the sales representative in Saco was the only one that stayed in touch, making sure that he understood the features that were most important. Asim guided my wife through the purchase process with phone calls and emails, and then in person helping to make trading in her old car a snap. Best of all there were no surprises when it came to the price no games and no nonsense we got a great price and a fair value on the old car. The new vehicle was spotless, and he took the time to do a proper walk around, explaining how everything worked before we left the showroom. The new Honda is getting many compliments; we have no problem referring them to Prime! More
