When they came in, I happened to be pressed for time that day, and Kevin made certain my tires were out front WAITING for my arrival. And he made certain the techs got my tires on nearly instantly. I was introduced to Kevin Petty and was told he could help me look around. He asked questions and really listened to what I needed, without telling me what I needed. We had decided that a CRV was a good fit for my upcoming needs. Kevin was very patient and let me work through my process and decision making. I took the CRV for a test drive and really liked it. When we got back to his desk he asked me a few financing questions and went to the trouble to find me the best rates possible. in the meantime I was given the amount to fix the Accord. It was significant enough that I went with the new vehicle. After the sale, he showed me the workings of all the buttons, dials, and features, something I really needed guidance with. He helped me find all the stuff in the Accord that was hiding under the seats etc. It was really cold with a biting wind.! he could have left me on my own. More

At Prime Honda in Saco, we have purchased 5 vehicles in the last ten years. This dealership has worked with us with trade-ins, purchases and leases. All the options were fair to us as customers. The last two Honda purchases were within a month of each other. We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot for my husband and I in October and a 2016 Honda CRV for our daughter. With this in mind, I can honestly say the last purchase with Kevin Petty was a pleasurable experience. Kevin is professional, efficient, and concise and knows his vehicles. The last two cars were purchased through Nate Valliere and he has been excellent. He's honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. He is knowledgeable in all of their vehicles and has never pushed me towards one or another, only provided the facts. I recommend Prime Honda to anyone looking for a new or used Honda and no one has come back disappointed. More
