Within 2 hours, we got a call from Peter that the truck was available. He made arrangements for me to test drive an FJ near my home to be sure I was going to be happy with it. He kept us informed of how things were working out and by Monday evening, I was driving home in my beautiful voodoo blue FJ Cruiser...all because of Peter's hard work and determination on our behalf. First time customer who will without a doubt be back! It has been a long while since I purchased my last car. And from what I can remember, it wasn't something I was looking forward to doing again. I rece It has been a long while since I purchased my last car. And from what I can remember, it wasn't something I was looking forward to doing again. I recently was in a position that I needed to get a new vehicle. After some conversations with friends and some online shopping/research, I decided to bring my business to Prime Honda Saco. My sales rep. Shane Staples had me quickly forget that car shopping was a negative experience. After doing some online searching of their inventory, I found a car that I really wanted to test drive. Thinking it was on the lot in Saco, I called and made an appointment with Shane for the next day. When he asked me on the phone if I was looking for something specific I gave him the stock number of the vehicle I had my eye on. He informed me that it was actually on a lot at another Prime dealership down in MA about 2 hours away. He said that he would speak to his manager about having it transferred up to Saco. He called me back a short while later telling me that his manager wasn't sure if the car could be transferred in time for my appointment the next afternoon. Shane then told me that he was actually on his way down to that dealership to personally pick up the vehicle and drive it back to guarantee that it be there in Saco for me to test drive the next day! Totally above and beyond! Getting to the dealership the next day, Shane had already proved himself to be a stand up guy. We test drove the vehicle (which I loved) and decided before we got back to the lot that I was going to be driving home in it. Shane did everything he could to ensure that everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I will be looking to replace my wife's car in the next 6-12 months and you better believe that Prime Honda Saco will be getting my business and Shane Staples WILL Be The Sales Rep making the sale!
