Michael Brown was the best car dealer I have EVER dealt with. I had been dreading buying a car because my first experience was terrible (at another dealership). The dealer I met before I stopped at Prime and met Michael, was fairly insulting, telling me what I wanted to buy!!! Not sure how he seemed to think he would know since he didn't seem to listent to a thing I said! Once I met Michael at Prime I was relieved! He paid total attention to what I was looking for and ran all over the parking lot to find it!! He spent quite a bit of time with me while I went back and forth trying to make decisions (he probably could have sold 5 cars in the time I took up!) and was very patient! I love my new car, loved the service, loved Prime and will now be a regular customer of Michael Brown! Great Service, I would highly recommend the visit! More

The dealer seemed to think he knew what I wanted since he told me several times "you don't want that one", how he would know since he seemed to ignore everything I said was beyond me! Michael was a breath of fresh air. There wasn't any pressure!! He was incredibly patient as I went back and forth trying to make decisions, I'm sure he could have sold 5 cars in the time he spent with me!!
