Michael Brown was the best car dealer I have EVER dealt with. I had been dreading buying a car because my first experience was terrible (at another dealership). The dealer I met before I stopped at Prime and met Michael, was fairly insulting, telling me what I wanted to buy!!! Not sure how he seemed to think he would know since he didn't seem to listent to a thing I said! Once I met Michael at Prime I was relieved! He paid total attention to what I was looking for and ran all over the parking lot to find it!! He spent quite a bit of time with me while I went back and forth trying to make decisions (he probably could have sold 5 cars in the time I took up!) and was very patient! I love my new car, loved the service, loved Prime and will now be a regular customer of Michael Brown! Great Service, I would highly recommend the visit! More

The dealer seemed to think he knew what I wanted since he told me several times "you don't want that one", how he would know since he seemed to ignore everything I said was beyond me! When I drove into Prime Honda, Joe McCullum greeted me immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he listened... he found a few vehicles for me to test drive and was very informative about the features, as well as the pros and cons of how each might fit my lifestyle. Joe gave me lots of options, but never pressured me into something I didn't want or need. His manager, Zack, was also very helpful, and they worked great as a team to find the exact car I was looking for... a 2009 Honda Accord with a stick shift! Mike in financing was also really great at explaining all of my payment options, and I left feeling like I had definitely made the right decision with no regrets! Joe has been great about following up with me to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase. When I mentioned that I might like to get my windows tinted, he did all the leg work for me to, again, get me the best deal possible from a reputable company. After driving several cars, we wanted to try the Honda Fit but there weren't any on the lot. Michael located one that was getting painted but due to the lateness of the hour, the crew had gone home. Michael was able to locate one of the workers who had a key and drove us to the location so we could compare it to the others we had driven.
