The rating is for the sales person - Ed Cho. He knows the product inside and out, has a trustworthy demeanor and is very helpful. He has qualities the customer wants-he listens, gains an understanding of his customer and makes recommendations accordingly. He's not pushy. He painstakingly explained every feature of the car. During our first visit to the dealership we were about to leave, disappointed, when told by another salesman that there wasn't an NX350H available to test drive. Ed later saw us outside, offered to answer any questions, then suggested we test a gas-powered version of the car and a hybrid version of a similar model. That worked and we ended up ordering the NX350H. The dealership wouldn't have sold a car if not for Ed. More
