Based on our review, we respectfully disagree with several aspects of your account. Our team did identify additional concerns with your vehicle during the inspection process and communicated those findings, along with our professional recommendations, as part of our responsibility to ensure your vehicle’s safety and reliability. At no point is it our intention to pressure customers into repairs, and we regret if our communication came across that way. We also understand there was discussion regarding proceeding with only the originally requested repair. Our records indicate that we worked to provide a substantial discount to the work performed, and to ensure we offered options within safe and responsible service guidelines, which can sometimes limit the ability to complete partial repairs depending on the condition of the vehicle. While we were unable to come to a full resolution that met your expectations, we did extend a goodwill offer as a gesture of customer care, which remains available should you wish to take advantage of it.
