I had the best experience at IRA in Danvers! My salesman Mark was enjoyable to work with, he didn’t pressure me into buying a car that was available in the lot. I was able to buy the NX 350H th My salesman Mark was enjoyable to work with, he didn’t pressure me into buying a car that was available in the lot. I was able to buy the NX 350H that was being built and shipped! I received a fair trade on my used Lexus. When my vehicle arrived I met with Mark to review my purchase and my car as it just arrived off the delivery truck! It wasn’t ready to drive yet! I then met with Gabe in finance who was also great to work with! He didn’t pressure me into getting more options I didn’t want, although I did end up with some additional maintenance and service! Mark delivered my car to me yesterday and spent time setting up several options including the Lexus App! He went the extra mile to be sure I had what I needed to drive off! I look forward to having service with IRA in Danvers and future purchases with them!! More
