I brought my car in last week to swap over from my summer wheel setup to my winter setup. I had no previous issues with my suspension until after I picked up my car from them. The technician said they found no issues before picking up my car, and upon coming back to pick it up there was a clunking noise coming from the front of the vehicle. I bring it back to get them to check it out and am now told my car needs thousands of repairs that was missed upon inspection previously and they said “We are sorry it was missed.” with no attempt to reconcile the issue that was not brought to my attention before, let alone the issue was not there until after my car had been worked on here.
