It was time for me to get a new Lexu On Saturday I had the pleasure of working with Seana Nikolas, a lovely sales and leasing consultant at Ira Lexus. It was time for me to get a new Lexus. I previously had been driving a 2004 RX330 that I purchased at IRA Lexus. Not only did I love my current vehicle, but I loved the ease of working with the staff at IRA Lexus. They were always eager to please. So without a doubt I was definitely getting another Lexus. Seana greeted me with a smile and handshake. I felt comfortable and at ease with her right away. We sat down so that I could go over my many questions and needs of my next vehicle. She patiently listened to all of my questions and future needs of my next Lexus. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the vehicles. I narrowed my decision down to two SUV models. Seana went over both vehicles with me. Then she had me sit in both models that were in the showroom. The minute I sat in the new 2017 NX 200 Turbo I knew immediately it was the vehicle for me. The interior was so impressive and just gorgeous. It was so comfortable. I loved all of the features the 200T had to offer. Next Seana took me on a test drive. And then too see all the colors that the NX 200T came in. I fell in love with the black one. We returned to Lexus and began the paperwork. I felt I was given a fair trade in value and a very good price for the NX. I never felt rushed. Seana gave me her undivided attention. She was so professional right from the start. She was as excited as I was about my new Lexus. I had an AMAZING experience with Seana. I highly recommend working with her. I will 100% go back to her in the future if my needs change and I need to purchase another Lexus. She made me feel valued and thanked me for being a return Lexus customer. Seana made me feel that it was not just a sale to her, but a relationship we were building for the future. She was extremely grateful for my business and very committed to her customer. More
