Walked into the dealership and walked out with paperwork and car allocated in less than 2 hours. The service was outstanding. I used Lexus roadside assistance to tow my car to the dealership. The dealership was expecting my vehicle. Service on my Lexus UX 250h was scheduled with an IRA Lexus of Danvers service manager the day before the date of service. I drove over an hour to the dealership for the 11 A.M. service only to be told a Lexus of Danvers service manager the day before the date of service. I drove over an hour to the dealership for the 11 A.M. service only to be told at 12:05 that it could be several hours before my vehicle was serviced. I was offered 3 options, one being that a Lexus service rep would pick up my vehicle from my home and return it to me one day next week. Because I already was losing 3 1/2 hours of my day and would again if I drove back, I accepted this offer. This was the first service on my vehicle with IRA. Not impressed with the inability to complete my service in one visit. I would have preferred a phone call rescheduling the appointment before I traveled to the dealership. Travel is expensive these days and my time is worth something as well. Hoping for better service in the future. More
