When I bring my vehicle in go a yearly check up or oil hange I am charged more. I had a service that was $300. Then it went up to $1K all with recommended services and 3 important things. Also, my vehicl hange I am charged more. I had a service that was $300. Then it went up to $1K all with recommended services and 3 important things. Also, my vehicle was never vacuumed as promised. I really miss Brandon who used to make sure I left the service department happy. More

What a wonderful experience at Ira Lexus when i took my car in for service yesterday. Richard Cunningham was fantastic and so attentive and competent! Who knew that I would actually enjoy a trip to have car in for service yesterday. Richard Cunningham was fantastic and so attentive and competent! Who knew that I would actually enjoy a trip to have my car serviced. I’ve had Infinitys before this and, while the service was ok, this is a whole other level. I’m so glad I switched to Lexus. Also, their waiting area was so comfortable. I had to be there for an extended period since they were also handling a recall on the car and it was easy to settle in. Looking forward to my 10,000 mile visit! More
