I needed to bring in my Lexus for service. The service manager Brendan along with Bryanna The assistant service manager were able to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. I also want to mention the technician Peter who worked directly on my vehicle also came out and spoke to me about the work needed and being done to my vehicle. Not too much confidence on the technicians to fully check on the vehicle especially when you know what you brought it in for. I thought sales reps were bad guess service in the technician side not to great on the vehicle especially when you know what you brought it in for. Great service, Dennis helped get my car serviced (timing belt and water pump). Strong communicator and kept me updated all along the way.
