Advisors were very nice. Apparently, The tech stripped a drain plug and had to get a new one from NH, causing a delay on my service. I was told 2x there would be no cost to me and I got into a loaner for the day. Upon picking up my car at the end of the day I asked to review the invoice and asked why I was charged for the part? The Advisor replied, “well of course you need to pay for the part, we didn’t charge you the labor” the delay messed up my whole day having to go back to Nahant and then back to Danvers later to pick up my car. Why should I have to pay for a $5 part that your tech messed up? It’s not the money it’s the principle and Ira lost all my trust in the Service Dept. The Advisor took it off the bill, but only because I protested. Not happy and I will only go to Ira Lexus Service if I absolutely have to. I will not recommend coming here for Service More
I needed to bring in my Lexus for service. The service manager Brendan along with Bryanna The assistant service manager were able to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend their department for your car service needs. I also want to mention the technician Peter who worked directly on my vehicle also came out and spoke to me about the work needed and being done to my vehicle. I felt reassured and confident my car was in good hands. More
