When I arrived Jennifer Perry Assistant service manager was welcoming and got all paper work signed quickly knowing I had a doctors appointment to get to. When I got into the loaner car it was filthy, was welcoming and got all paper work signed quickly knowing I had a doctors appointment to get to. When I got into the loaner car it was filthy, there was used Kleenex in the side door, the car had no gas red light came on. The car was dirty inside and out. I went to locate Jennifer she called a manager over right away and they gave me another car quickly as possible Jennifer was apologetic and accommodating Jennifer made sure my car was worked on in a timely manner. Everything went according to plan, except when we got home we noticed that the front license plate frame was bent and broken. We just moved here from AZ where they don’t use the front plate, so I had th home we noticed that the front license plate frame was bent and broken. We just moved here from AZ where they don’t use the front plate, so I had the dealer install the front plate adapter and the plate, as part of this service. They added a dealer frame, which is what was broken. There was no other damage to the car. I straightened out the license plate which was slightly bent, but with no crease, and all is now well. There was no mention of the damage when I picked up the car. I did not call the dealer, because there was no damage to the car, but I think they will see this review. The service rep, David Gesler, excellent. More
