Unfortunately, my predicted wait of 1.5-2 hours ended up being a 2.5 hour wait with my 6 month old. We missed nap and feeding time which caused some stress. I tried to find my service waiter to get an updated estimate but he was not available and did not provide any check in. I had to ask two other coworkers to try to find him and help me locate my car. Upon them speaking to him, he shouted to me across the room that my car was being washed but no explanation as to why the wait was much longer than expected nor any apology. It felt impersonal. I felt lied to and ignored. I checked in at 11:30am by Abraham guillen, my phone received a text at 12:40pm that all areas were inspected and good, but I was never actually checked out until 1:56pm. When I received my car, there was water all over the waterproof mats. I asked someone for help with a rag to soak up some of the water because I couldn’t put my diaper bag anywhere on the floor. Ryan, my service advisor, and the rest of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful. My maintenance and a service bulletin item were completed same day by 3:30 pm.
