I have nothing but positive things to say about my interactions at Ira Lexus. My purchase was for a used Toyota RAV4 and was a purchase being made from the resident of another state, in this case Main interactions at Ira Lexus. My purchase was for a used Toyota RAV4 and was a purchase being made from the resident of another state, in this case Maine. As a result, there were more steps, more paperwork, and more legwork required by all the staff I worked with, tests of competence that I can say confidently were passed with flying colors. As if that wasn't nice enough, Rob and Cricket drove 200 miles north to meet me in my hometown to register the vehicle. It went off without a hitch and was an absolute pleasure all the while. I would like to specifically thank Rob, Cricket, and Mehmen for their help in making this smooth and personable. There's a reason there are so many successful dealerships under the Ira banner. More
