This is the second Lexus vehicle we purchased from Ira Lexus of Danvers. We had the extreme pleasure of working with Khaled Dabliz w/both vehicles. The first one my husband & I were present. This recent purchase my husband was not able to attend due to business & knowing that Lexus was the only car I wanted to purchase I felt comfortable going myself. I can no longer say that buying a vehicle is a difficult experience. Kal made it a pleasant one. He is very knowledgeable, has a great personality, he’s honest & try’s to look out for your best interest. Kal works hard to find you the best vehicle for your budget, your needs & offers you the best quality. He is extremely sensible in his thought process. When I was overwhelmed deciding what car would be the best choice for me & my needs. Kal & I looked at the Lexus vehicles that were available on the website & discussed them. Kal was considerate & patient taking the time to provide me with all the important information about each vehicle as well as the car fax & mileage. I appreciated that he thoroughly went over how to operate the cars before I test drove them pointing out different things that I wasn’t aware of on the different Lexus models. He called me when I was test driving the car to check in to make sure I wasn’t having issues with driving it because the car was a different model than the Lexus we bought prior. Kal also found out I was not computer savee & helped me to look up my previous loan payment & helped me with the internet. This time I was trading in a car & what was of importance to me was getting the most I could for my trade in as well as the cost of the car. I also would be purchasing & buying an extended warranty & tire & wheel protection & how that would affect my final monthly payment as well as years financed & amount of money down. Kal was able to give my trade in more value which in turn he was able to get me more money for it He guided me towards a certified Lexus vehicle which provided an additional 2 years of warranty which saved me money from the purchase of a longer warranty. Kal also got me a lower price for the additional warranty & tire & wheel protection. Kal went back & forth with the Sales Manager several times, He worked hard he wanted to get me a monthly payment that was within my budget which with the trade in wasn’t an easy task. If anyone is the person that is up for that challenge, Kal, is having been in the business for a long time. It is important to him to make his customers happy & it shows He is dedicated & after you purchase the vehicle that dedication to his customers doesn’t end. He is equally concerned about knowing if there are any issues you have with the service of the vehicle & any problems. He likes to be up to date & informed. Overall, from the time you walk in the dealership to the time you purchase your vehicle Kal, is true to his customers & provides them with the best experience possible. That’s why he is so successful & it’s well deserved. Also he calls you when the car is ready for delivery & makes sure that your car insurance binder is all set so there are no issues. He also programmed my phone to set up the Lexus app & made sure the car was all set. Also, even though he is busy with customers he sends you any paper work you need to make the process easy for you & worry free. A small part was need for a vent & Kal went to the service department & ordered it right away it was in the next day. I honestly, can’t say enough about Kal, Thank you, Kal, My husband & I are very lucky to have been able to work with you not once but twice. Your a great guy, we truly appreciate you & we will highly recommend you to all our family & friends. You made it possible for me to get an extremely fine quality, high rated beautiful vehicle that will last me a very long time & that will save me money in the long run. I had another great experience here. I was way overdue on an oil change, finally had time to schedule an appt, called at 530pm and was able to make an appt for 715am the next day! The service department at Ira Lexus is extremely professional. I was greeted by Tom Middleton, the valet in service, pleasant and friendly and than met with Mark McLean, the service manager, always professional.
