During our first visit to the dealership we were about to leave, disappointed, when told by another salesman that there wasn't an NX350H available to test drive. Ed later saw us outside, offered to answer any questions, then suggested we test a gas-powered version of the car and a hybrid version of a similar model. That worked and we ended up ordering the NX350H. The dealership wouldn't have sold a car if not for Ed. More
