I Called and inquired about a vehicle. Spoke to Mike Walsh, unprofessional. We went over details on buying a car they had incoming. Tells me times are changing where buying out of state requires them to hold a vehicle until my state send them the registration then they can release vehicle, which makes no sense. I already purchased the vehicle why would I allow you to hold the vehicle? They would have both my trade and the new vehicle. Basically make 2 trips to get the car. Which is completely false, I buy 3-5 cars a year out of state. All documents FedEx and car can be delivered to me, registered or unregistered. Don’t waste your time here unless you live locally. More

I waited for my vehicle and was kept apprised of the progress of the service, which took 2 hours. My service was completed and my vehicle returned to me serviced, washed and cleaned inside and out before 2 PM. I was very satisfied with the service I received at IRA Lexus of Danvers! More
