i have been a long time mazda fan. ive owned 6 mazdas in the past and they have always stood by everything customer service wise until recently. I bought a new 2026 Mazda CX-50 from Ti ive owned 6 mazdas in the past and they have always stood by everything customer service wise until recently. I bought a new 2026 Mazda CX-50 from Tim Dahle in Utah and was charged a $265 fee among the hidden costs for a one-year maintenance plan that covers an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I'm not so mad about not being told about it, but more so upset at Ira Mazda in Westwood for not letting me use it. I went in today for my first service and was told by the advisor I cannot use it. I sent him a photo of the document showing clearly it was $265 and covered 1 year of services; he proceeded to say it's through a special insurance and it's too early to call them. This is insane. I will not be using this location for service ever again. Ive not dealt with this at any Mazda locations.. He is also charging me full price to complete the oil change. this is taken place on 8/22 in westwood ma ira mazda. believe the advisors name is Darwin More

I worked with Justin Lotter on the purchase of my new CX-5, and the entire experience was excellent. The pricing and process were completely transparent, and I ended up paying significantly less than I w CX-5, and the entire experience was excellent. The pricing and process were completely transparent, and I ended up paying significantly less than I would have for the RAV4 I was considering as an alternative.
