I ended up at the IRA Mazda in Westwood by mistake because I was desperate to find two used cars but good quality for myself and my daughter. I was greeted by Harshene who quickly became an ambassador for me in the place. Needless to say that the office holds themselves to a higher standards for service, but the people are phenomenal. Harshene has gone above and beyond from answering my many questions, calls or emails were promptly answered and concerns addressed to the best of his ability. Even when I asked for the price on one of the cars to drop a bit, he said he couldn’t do it but will bring it to the top person in charge. He did and after much consideration, I got my car. As far as I’m concerned, the whole place is great, but Harshene and the beautiful lady I dealt with in two occasions for the financial department are absolute pearls.
