I have been a SUBARU customer for less than a year. This is my second service with SUBARU. I was helped today by a gentleman named Andrew, and he was great! I ran errands while my car was being serviced, But Andrew made sure that I received updates regarding potential additional services and what was happening with my vehicle. SUBARU has this great feature where the tech who is working on your car will send you a video explaining what has been done and potential additional services. I will never use another Service Dept.
