I brought my car in to be fixed and they had to order a part for it. That part of the process was fine. When I left, I asked if I could leave the enterprise rental keys at the front desk. I walked to the front desk and the woman said to leave them in the sales office. The sales office said to leave them with service. I was annoyed at this point because I just wanted to leave the keys and go home. While I was in the sales office chris shields told me twice to have a nice day in a passive aggressive tone. I didn’t appreciate that at all. This is the second time I’ve been there. Very unprofessional. No thanks! More

I was on 128 and the light came on so we went to Subaru to see if we could get it fixed And they fixed it, quickly and explained what the problem was. The dealership itself was great and I am very happy with the car I bought (2024 Crosstrek). However, the dealership as well as the salesperson I worked with (Scott Coughlin) seemed a little bit disorganized the car I bought (2024 Crosstrek). However, the dealership as well as the salesperson I worked with (Scott Coughlin) seemed a little bit disorganized. I was a little bit disappointed that though I was told the car I was interested in would be fully ready when I arrived, we had to wait for about 45 minutes for us and the car to be ready for a test drive. During this time, Scott would leave the desk for 10-15 minutes at a time to find the keys, find the car, and put gas in it. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, but seemed disorganized additionally when he told us the next step was financing the car and then walked away without telling us that we would have to wait for the finance people to come to us. We then ended up sitting for almost 30 minutes not knowing what was happening. It then took another 15-20 minutes for the finance department to be ready for us. Then, I scheduled an appointment with Scott to pick up the car after sorting out the loan and registration, but he was with another client when I arrived, which felt unprofessional. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the other client to be ready for their test drive so that I could finally pick up the car that I had paid for. There were other small instances as well that made me frustrated with this process. More
