The dealership itself was great and I am very happy with the car I bought (2024 Crosstrek). However, the dealership as well as the salesperson I worked with (Scott Coughlin) seemed a little bit disorganized the car I bought (2024 Crosstrek). However, the dealership as well as the salesperson I worked with (Scott Coughlin) seemed a little bit disorganized. I was a little bit disappointed that though I was told the car I was interested in would be fully ready when I arrived, we had to wait for about 45 minutes for us and the car to be ready for a test drive. During this time, Scott would leave the desk for 10-15 minutes at a time to find the keys, find the car, and put gas in it. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, but seemed disorganized additionally when he told us the next step was financing the car and then walked away without telling us that we would have to wait for the finance people to come to us. We then ended up sitting for almost 30 minutes not knowing what was happening. It then took another 15-20 minutes for the finance department to be ready for us. Then, I scheduled an appointment with Scott to pick up the car after sorting out the loan and registration, but he was with another client when I arrived, which felt unprofessional. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the other client to be ready for their test drive so that I could finally pick up the car that I had paid for. There were other small instances as well that made me frustrated with this process. More
