This service department is fantastic. Roger got me in without even having an appointment and never having been in the system before. He treated me with respect and throughout my entire ex Roger got me in without even having an appointment and never having been in the system before. He treated me with respect and throughout my entire experience I never felt like I was being undermined or overlooked. Many places I’ve gone are extremely condescending to a small female like me, even when you know your stuff, and I never once got that impression here. Highly recommend coming here for service. More

However, less than a month after, there was a problem with the 2016 Honda Civic brakes. Both my husband and I called the Servicing Department. We were told by two separate employees to take the vehicle to a Honda Dealership as Ira Subaru was not equipped to take care of the Honda Civic brakes. Since my husband was moving out of state the next day, he wanted to ensure the vehicle was in proper working condition for our daugher who remained behind for college. He spent $647.41 to repair the brakes at the Honda Dealership in Lynn, MA. When we later spoke with the Sales Rep and Servicing Dept. at Ira Subaru, Danvers, MA nothing was done to reimburse us the out-of-pocket expenditure for the Honda Civic brakes repair. I emailed Rafael Ortiz who said in and email response October 13, 2021 that he would pass the information on to the General Manager. To date, we have had no email or phone response. Since this is a matter of integrity on Ira Subaru's part, we would like to be reimbursed the full amount spent to repair the Honda Civic brakes about two weeks after purchasing this vehicle. My email address and phone number remains the same. Would someone contact me regarding this matter. I wouid be happy to forward a copy of the receipt. I updated my rating from one star to three star because Jeff Lubas followed through on reimbursing the funds for the out-of-pocket expenditure. The refund check was received towards the end of October 2022. Jeff, thank you for your due diligence. More
After completing the contact info, nobody reached out to assist me. I’m not sure what their protocol is for connecting with potential customers. assist me. I’m not sure what their protocol is for connecting with potential customers. More
Don't recommend at all! scheduled an appt to drive a car, called before leaving home to tell them we would be there at our appt time and, to ensure the car was still there. scheduled an appt to drive a car, called before leaving home to tell them we would be there at our appt time and, to ensure the car was still there. Kimberly assured us it was and quite curtly told us that she wouldn't sell a car that had an appt. we showed up to be told by rich that there was someone working a deal but, if it fell through, the car was ours. when we returned from the road test, we were informed the car had been sold. the sales managers response? "we're not a holding facility " and regardless of our appt, the person that walked in off the street was allowed to buy the car we were scheduled for. unscrupulous and unprofession More

Confirmed time for test drive, arrived at dealership and was told no BRZs available. Asked internet sales person why she lied to me and she said “I’m sorry”. I then spoke with manager and he apologized. Two days later I received text from another Ira Subaru internet sales person who told me they had a BRZ available for a test drive; another lie. More
I came to Ira Subaru for a second opinion after having issues with my transmission. A local garage quoted me $2,200 + labor to fix it, and I was just hoping to verify the problem and get another estimate. issues with my transmission. A local garage quoted me $2,200 + labor to fix it, and I was just hoping to verify the problem and get another estimate. I worked with Yvonne, and she went MASSIVELY above and beyond to help me out. She got the problem diagnosed correctly, did some more research, and found it was all covered under a warranty I didn't realize I had! Not only that, she got me a loaner to drive around while the repair was being done, so there was no disruption to my daily life. Yvonne single-handedly made what I assumed would be an arduous, expensive ordeal into a pleasant walk in the park. Incredible, extraordinary experience! More
Extremely disappointed in IRA. Ordered a hitch for my Forester, simple enough. I bring the car in, hitch is in place. Go home, FRIDAY... excited to take my boat to the ramp and enjoy a weekend on the wa Forester, simple enough. I bring the car in, hitch is in place. Go home, FRIDAY... excited to take my boat to the ramp and enjoy a weekend on the water. Surprise! No wiring harness. The tow unit...which was still in the box....had no hitch ball on it. SO there's a hitch, with no power connection to the trailer, no way to hook up the trailer. So no boating for me on the hot weekend. After calling, the rep says the wiring harness 'used to be standard' but they'll install it anyway. Really? A hitch without the trailer wire connections is useless not to mention illegal to trail a boat without lights operable. So I am promised they will install the wire harness and provide the hitch ball. I go back Monday, then get a call around noon to come pick up the car. Awesome...except not. I drive back and .... the hitch is not wired and there's no ball. This is AFTER I am handed the invoice and told 'sit tight, we're bringing the car around. Car is inspected for completion and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. So I drive home in a loaner (with no washer fluid and tires need air) with no promise to when the car will be ready. How is it that the service department would install a hitch without wiring and a tow ball would call the customer not once but twice, to come pick up a car that isn't ready? I will now make 4 total trips to get something simple done, that should have been one-and-done seamless. The dealership says 'Extraordinary Service' ? Extra bad, uncoordinated. TERRIBLE. I hate having my time wasted by incompetence and unprofessionalism. Not to mention all the needless running around getting the car registered with a couple of more unnecessary trips. Thank god for AAA on Andover Street. More
