I found my salesperson,Art Otremba to be knowledgeable about each of the new cars that I was considering purchasing. He answered all of my questions so that I felt confirdent in making a decison. He made my purchase a "pleasurable experience!! There was never any pressure. I actually felt he was "there for me" 200% He was very professional and highly supportive of my needs throughout the whole process. I left the lot feeling great about my purchase. I really felt he heard my concerns and was very much there for me as a customer! I would always want Andy to be my sales rep if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle.
