Hello, I just want to clarify how the service visit went. You purchase a vehicle 12 years ago from a different owner that offered free oil changes as long as you did all of the Subaru recommended service with this location. Unfortunately you do all of your services elsewhere which voids the program. We did tell you that we would honor the free oil change program moving forward if you did your services with us but you declined to do so. To be honest you should be upset with the dealership you currently do all of your services with for not doing at least a free oil change since you have been so loyal to them. Hello CJ, we appreciate your feedback about your recent service and since I cannot find you in our system I want to make sure you understand out service process. We do not just perform simple oil changes like the quick lube places but instead we do a full inspection of your vehicle which includes checking your tires, brakes, all filters and safety related parts to ensure your vehicle is in safe running condition. We then perform the oil change service and wash your vehicle before you leave.
