I received superb customer service here! My car broke down in Manchester, 3 hrs from home. My car was taken in for diagnostics within a couple hrs. IRA sent a Lyft for me to pick up a loa My car broke down in Manchester, 3 hrs from home. My car was taken in for diagnostics within a couple hrs. IRA sent a Lyft for me to pick up a loaner, which I was then allowed to use 4 days beyond my repair at no cost, to accommodate my schedule to be able to return. Upon pickup, my car was sent through a car wash before being brought to me. I am thankful for such a great experience during a stressful situation. More
