Other than a select few people I have interacted with (Asia, Logan, and one [assumed] service manager maybe Tyler?) the dealership is awful. I had better service and interactions with ford. Being met on arrival by the Service Advisor who asks questions and treats you like royalty is pretty special in these times. I have been pleasantly surprised by both the Advisors I have had. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even did an internet search to find me the closest Subaru dealer when I move to Arizona.
