Other than a select few people I have interacted with (Asia, Logan, and one [assumed] service manager maybe Tyler?) the dealership is awful. I had better service and interactions with ford. From surprising pricing to rude staff, I will try to never go back to this dealership unless I need something specific and if that’s the case I’d rather run the car dead than fix something with there. Being met on arrival by the Service Advisor who asks questions and treats you like royalty is pretty special in these times. I have been pleasantly surprised by both the Advisors I have had. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even did an internet search to find me the closest Subaru dealer when I move to Arizona. He has also offered to send me my maintenance history for the new dealership. Cudos on customer service. Well done. More
