I came to the dealership a while ago and did not have the best of credit at the time. Aaron took the time to still work with me even after I explained to him that I did not have the best credit and may not b best of credit at the time. He worked with me finding me the right car that would be within what I could afford monthly, Keeping in mind as he explained the rate may not be the lowest. Him and Todd (The Owner) worked on this and got me into a New Impreza Sedan. I don't think I would have had the chance to get into a car like this if it was not for Aaron and Todd, They took the time to research exactly what I needed and could get. I was in shock when they came and told me that I was approved at around 5% with no money down and with credit that had me getting denied everywhere else, Except buy here pay here's. I had been to several dealerships before this and once I mentioned that I may not have the best credit no one would really take the time to work with me unless I filled a application for credit out first. I almost gave up on trying to get a new vehicle and would have ended up with a buy here pay here car, That would have been a 100,000 mile car with high interest and problems I would have to fix more often than not. I would recommend this dealership to everyone as I have since I bought my new car. Thanks to Aaron and Todd I have a new car that I will not have to fix all the time and at a price I can afford and not pay thousands in interest on. I have been back several times to the dealership for service and the service department was great as well. They even cleaned my car and vacuumed the interior just because I brought it in for a Oil Change. More

I would like to tell you about a recent car buying experience that my wife and I found truly out of the ordinary. We then braced ourselves for the stressful back and forth interchange, number crunching, shell game that we knew was coming. We did our due diligence and visited multiple dealers and then we received a call from Jack Berkowitz of Manchester Subaru in response to our query about our trade-in. Because of a prior issue I had with the service department there, I had not even considered visiting them. Jack and I had a very truthful and frank discussion, perhaps with me doing more talking and him doing more listening. Jack convinced me that Manchester Subaru was doing everything to offer customers the very best in a car owning experience from purchase through the life of the vehicle. Jack assured me that the dealership heard and listened to customers, and that they had made critical changes to address customer issues. Jack also provided both my wife and I something that I can only call an "out of body" car buying experience. To state it succinctly, it was simply amazing! According to Jack, however, our experience is simply what he does because he values each and every customer. To be sure each and every new car buying experience will be different. One thing Manchester Subaru and especially Jack Berkowitz strive to achieve is that your experience with them is the best that a car buying experience could be. More
Literally the best car buying experience I've ever had! Jack and Todd are beyond amazing to work with. They gave me a great deal on my car and a very fair price for my trade. This is the best Subaru dealership to buy a car from. I searched for and visited various Dealership in my local zip code, but none of them were really serious about making a deal take place. Originally did not consider, based on how far away they are from my home, but no worries, they deliver! Jack is excellent, first time I ever dealt with a Car Sales person that was a "Person". He really cares about his customers, and made the process amazingly simple. My recommendation, don't make a deal until you check with Manchester Subaru. Thanks Jack!! More

They were great! Handled the deal with a trade from Vermont all through e-mail. They went and got my car from another dealer and delivered my new car right to my home. I highly highly recommend Manchester Subaru! Todd (owner) gave me a FANTASTIC deal on my 2013 Outback. We agreed on a price over the phone and when I arrived ( I drove 85 miles ) he delivered the outback, no gave me a FANTASTIC deal on my 2013 Outback. It is important to note that I pride myself on being an educated buyer, that is to say, an excellent negotiator , so the fact that I am happy, speaks volumes about Manchester Subaru! Other dealers had told me there was no way I could get such a good price on my new 2013 Outback or my 2006 trade, but they were absolutely wrong. The entire process was wonderful, the best ever! Do not be afraid to give this dealership a try, they deliver exactly what they tell you they will! Jack,( salesman) took great care with delivering the car , paper work etc. Jack was so easy to deal with , answered every question and did not rush us out the door. Jack took the time to explain the car and was very detailed with great enthusiasm. He made the buying experience something special. This dealership goes the extra mile. He hooked me up with a loaner car until my new one was ready, and called a day ot two after I picked it up to make sure everything was fine, and that I had no problems.
