They made a new lifelong customer My car was showing a check engine light and 3 other malfunction lights. They were booked but told me to bring it in the next day and they would fit it in. They did and my car was fixed and back to me in the same day! Though the service may take a little longer than a smaller repair shop, it is worth the wait. Their service personnel is always professional. If they don't know the answer immediately (which is rare) they will research the issue for you, taking the painstaking research away from the customer. The work is always done right the first time. The facility is clean and comfortable, with wi-fi available and a snack bar for your convenience. If you don't want to wait there, they provide a shuttle service. My experience with buying/leasing new vehicles has been equally favorable. More
