We had our two kiddos in tow while shopping and he treated them like a king and queen! Berto was easy to contact, flexible with his meeting times and made us feel at ease with our purchase. Excellent service We bought a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius and worked with Steve Saucier. He was so wonderful to work with. We arrived after 6pm on a Monday night a We bought a certified pre-owned Toyota Prius and worked with Steve Saucier. He was so wonderful to work with. We arrived after 6pm on a Monday night and he stayed until past closing time to wrap things up with us. He was knowledgeable and helpful without ever feeling overbearing or pushy. He called me a few days after we picked up the car to see how everything was going. A couple weeks later, when we wanted to buy floor mats for the car, he worked with us to order the proper size and got them delivered to the dealer for us. We are incredibly pleased with the service we received with Prime Toyota in Saco, and particularly with Steve Saucier who went above and beyond to take great care of us. More

Although I have the opportunity and ability to bring my vehicle to any Prime dealership in my area, I prefer to take the ride up to Saco Maine as I always receive the best customer service no matter who I deal with. This time I brought my 19 RAV4 up for its’s 5,000 mile check up and had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Tingley. Although the service department was quite busy Dave Tingley managed to get my vehicle its required service and I was able to get the work done in a very timely fashion. More

PRIME EQUALS WASTE OF TIME! I spent over an hour in this place hoping to get a truck. My keys to.my truck were hijacked and I was put on standby. I hadn't even looked at a vehicl I spent over an hour in this place hoping to get a truck. My keys to.my truck were hijacked and I was put on standby. I hadn't even looked at a vehicle and the salesman tossed me a credit check paper. He then proceeded to drive off in a golf cart without telling me after I declined to lower my credit score for no apparent reason. I felt trapped by whatever scam they were running that particular day and had to hunt down my keys just to leave the place. Dont waste your time with this place its evident they dont care about the customer. More

You are just a number Nice building , very good inventory and pleasant/knowledgeable first contact sales person . Zero negotiating power, You will pay sticker price. I had to spend 3 an 1/2 hours in dealership and I had my check ready. I have to travel back 3 hrs round trip to get my roof rack on. Again no discount for inconvenience.
