After Mike helped me decide on the car, Denise Freitas came out and worked with me to make sure I was getting the final numbers I wanted before I committed to the purchase. The final step was finance and normally, once I get to the finance part of the deal I feel like I am being pressured and like I have to buy everything presented. Not the case here, Steve Catalano was very transparent and made me feel like I was making the right decisions with out a ton of pressure. This is by far the best car buying experience, I’ve ever been thru! I highly recommend Prime Toyota!! More

Last week I traded in my 2010 Tundra and purchased a used 2016 Tundra. Prime’s sales manager Rob Arey gave me fair value for my trade and Berto got me a great price on my 2016 Tundra. I was so impressed with how easy Berto made the whole transaction go that I went back to see him again today and traded in my wife’s 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe and purchased a used 2014 Santa Fe that my wife loves! If you’re looking for a vehicle and want to work with a kind, considerate and HONEST salesperson Berto is the man to see. I highly recommend Berto Arroyo. Rob Arey also helped to make both of these transactions fair and equitable. The waiting area is clean, morning newspapers are made available as well as offering complimentary coffee. I’ve been coming to Prime Toyota in Saco since purchasing my vehicle two years ago. I purchased new tires and wiper blades in November and mentioned to April that the wiper blades were streaking. She told me that they would check them and at the completion of service she told me that they had been replaced at no charge after verifying that they were not cleaning the windshield properly. All in all a very pleasant experience working with April and the other service advisors I’ve dealt with in the past. More

Poor experience I took my daughter to this dealership to purchase her first vehicle. She really wanted to buy a used Toyota Tacoma. I thought this might prove to be a better experience than I had the last time I bought a vehicle at this location, since the motto includes “fast, fair and simple “. I was wrong. We arrived at about 5:00 pm on a Tuesday and stood and waited to see if anyone would notice us. Eventually someone did. We were shown to a desk and had to wait while my daughter’s information was gathered. Finally the sales rep went to get the truck for us to see. The battery was dead, so it had to be jump started. Then it had no gas. Then it had to be jump started again. Then my daughter got to drive it. Next we had to wait for numerous trips from the sales rep to the manager to get anything near a reasonable deal. My daughter really liked the truck, agreed to the deal, wrote a check for 10k down and we waited, and waited and waited for the finance rep. I commented that things had not gone well. He apologized and then said, “I probably don’t need to say this, but you aren’t the only customers in the store tonight “. He definitely did not need to tell me that, and would have been smart not to. I walked out of his office, resolved to never do business with Prime again. Ever. Nothing fast (3.5 hours) fair, simple or fun. I really wanted my daughter to enjoy her first car-buying experience. She did not. More
