Service manager was rude to myself and my wife. Service manager was a rude xxxxxxx to my wife. I was charged an outrageous amount for a service that was suppose to be included in my lease. Great vehicle price, meh customer service I came in to look at a Nissan Frontier $2000 below book. Sales offered below book for my trade (not surprising), but I had an extended warranty I was I came in to look at a Nissan Frontier $2000 below book. Sales offered below book for my trade (not surprising), but I had an extended warranty I was willing to include as part of the value of the trade. As the trade was a Honda, they simply said “this is Toyota”, even though they also own a Honda dealership. I later went to the original dealership and they were able to cancel the remainder of the warranty for a refund. It only took me 10 minutes to complete. I felt the sales staff wanted to get me out of there and didn’t want me to spend my money, though they did little to facilitate my purchase. More
