But today (21 Jan 2019), it's a high of 10 degrees Fahrenheit, a balmy 6 when I showed up.. and they decide to wash the car. I understand the intention to have every car leaving the dealership looking clean, but at some point using a pressure washer just puts ice where it doesn't need to be once you move the car outside. I will still recommend this dealer, and April for sales and service, I will just add on a reminder to instruct no washing in winter. More

Wonderful salesperson and follow-up We went in to look at cars- we had until April 2019 until the inspection sticker was up on our second car, so it we weren't in a hurry. Berto approached us and asked if anyone was helping us. We explained the situation and looked at several cars both online and on the lot. None fit our needs at that time. Berto and my husband were in contact for a week or more until the perfect car fell into our laps. The price was right and it had more options then we requested. Berto helped us through the entire process, even setting up the Bluetooth on our cell phone to sync with the car and showing us all of the safety features and explaining the warranty left on the car. He was always responsive to all of our questions. He is very friendly and it was by far the easiest car buying experience of my life. More
