We are always greeted and treated like family (even when we aren't buying a new vehicle). Berto is always on point and will find us exactly what we are looking for and keep it in our price range. The man has gone above and beyond to the point where he even answers his phone while on vacation to assist us when we need him. Hang on to him Prime. He leaves and we may as well. The service center has always treated us great too. Fortunately we have not had to spend too much time with them outside of regular services. More

I received my vehicle with the plastic door covers off of my vans sliding back doors, wires exposed, and I have a two year old. They never communicated that the things that were covered with our warranty were not going to be fixed simply because one thing (that wasn’t covered) wasn’t going to be done. I am so fed up with this business. Never again. More

Great job by all I was referred to Prime by USAA . Almost immediately Steve Mitchell contacted me by phone. He listened to my wants, what I had for a trade and when I I was referred to Prime by USAA . Almost immediately Steve Mitchell contacted me by phone. He listened to my wants, what I had for a trade and when I needed to do it. Shortly after, I received an email describing what was available in inventory. That happened on 10/15. On request Steve sent the sticker on the one in which I was interested. He also sent an estimate on my trade. Rob Arey, General Sales Manager, also contacted me to close for an appointment. I set an appointment with Steve with the understanding that the deal had to be done in one visit as my wife was in the hospital and my time was limited. He set it up. On 10/18 I drove the 2 hours to Saco and met Steve who turned me over to Brandon Hersey. He showed me the truck and took a test drive. All was good. The trade value offered was the same as the estimate and was satisfactory. We agreed on all terms. Brandon went through all of the available add-ons available and presented them well and without being pushy. Final preparation was done while I transferred funds and they accepted my personal check. The whole transaction took about 3-1/2 hours and was the best car buying experience I’ve had and I am 78 years old. It was a pleasure to work with the Prime Toyota Saco team More
