20K mike service Always have a great greeting and the time taken to service is usually on time or quicker than estimated. I only questioned one item. When I scheduled service, I requested they look at a lag in the accelerator foot pedal. They drove my vehicle around the lot, not nearly enough distance to reach the RPMS to replicate the issue I am experiencing. I do not believe this was a thorough enough test drive to replicate the issue I have been experiencing. I’m not a technician, but can you really reach 30 mph+ in a parking lot? Great staff though who keep you informed about recalls and service through the process. I will continue to go to Prime Toyota because of the great staff. More
