The only thing for us that seems to happen each time is the lengthy time period spent between agreeing on purchase / lease price and going through the finance process. Nothing against the folks we worked with because they both were great. We understand it probably is just time consuming to draw all of the paperwork up but if we were to change one thing it would be the length of time just spent sitting there waiting to meet with Finance. More

Excellent, honest service I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and a couple of other issues (loose exhaust system and USB port not working). They quickly determined th I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and a couple of other issues (loose exhaust system and USB port not working). They quickly determined that the port did work and immediately discovered that the rattling was just a bent bumper bracket that was easily straightened. They were honest and I walked away satisfied with their service which confirmed that I had made the right choice to buy a Toyota! More
