The whole transaction was completed quickly and with no hassles. He is a straight shooter. Berto actually seems interested in getting a customer what they want versus working towards what he wants. I highly recommend Berto and this Toyota dealership. More

Purchasing a Non-Toyota Used Car I visited this (Toyota) dealership to purchase a Subaru used vehicle (because I owned a Subaru and was happy with it). I worked with Berto Arroyo, who I visited this (Toyota) dealership to purchase a Subaru used vehicle (because I owned a Subaru and was happy with it). I worked with Berto Arroyo, who I had never met. He never once mentioned any other vehicle, but was focused on the vehicle I had come to the dealership to see. I took a test drive, we discussed price, and gave me the CarFax on the vehicle, after which I left to do additional research. About a week later, we met again, negotiated the price, and settled on a final amount. I never felt pressured, coerced, intimidated, or manipulated. The only "negative" I can say is that the dealership could have a better system in place to let the customer know that they (the dealership) know that the customer is waiting to speak to the salesperson and that the salesperson is aware of that fact. Overall, my experience with Prime Toyota was very good and my experience with Berto was excellent. More
