Purchasing a Non-Toyota Used Car I visited this (Toyota) dealership to purchase a Subaru used vehicle (because I owned a Subaru and was happy with it). I worked with Berto Arroyo, who I visited this (Toyota) dealership to purchase a Subaru used vehicle (because I owned a Subaru and was happy with it). I worked with Berto Arroyo, who I had never met. He never once mentioned any other vehicle, but was focused on the vehicle I had come to the dealership to see. I took a test drive, we discussed price, and gave me the CarFax on the vehicle, after which I left to do additional research. About a week later, we met again, negotiated the price, and settled on a final amount. I never felt pressured, coerced, intimidated, or manipulated. The only "negative" I can say is that the dealership could have a better system in place to let the customer know that they (the dealership) know that the customer is waiting to speak to the salesperson and that the salesperson is aware of that fact. Overall, my experience with Prime Toyota was very good and my experience with Berto was excellent. More

Our 2nd purchase from PRIME. For the 2nd time my wife and i made the 250 mile round trip from BROCKTON MA to SACO MAINE to purchase our 2nd toyota. A huge disappointment! Doubt if PRIME will be seeing me again! I have purchased almost a dozen cars over the years, and had great luck with JIM and ROB in front. Last visit was a problem with nail in tire....told it must have been there, but never noticed at tire rotation???? Also drove two blocks when found. Regardless, took to another dealership and was told 3 of the 4 tires would not pass inspection as they had badly worn treads. Would think PRIME would mention this if only to get a tire sale! More

My wife and I were in search of a pre-owned Highlander, and were very fortunate to have landed at Prime Toyota Saco in the capable hands of Berto Arro My wife and I were in search of a pre-owned Highlander, and were very fortunate to have landed at Prime Toyota Saco in the capable hands of Berto Arroyo. I have been purchasing automobiles for the past 24 years, and my experience with Berto was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. He was not pushy, patronizing, or controlling, and made us feel that we were in charge of the search for the vehicle and the purchase transaction. Berto and Prime helped to make sure we received a fair price on the vehicle we chose and a fair value on my trade-in, which helped make the deal happen. Finance manager Dave Tanger was a big help in making sure we got good deal on the financing, and did not oversell the extended warranties and add-ons. Not only will my wife and I go back to Prime when it's time to purchase our next vehicle, and ask for Berto Arroyo, we will recommend that friends and family do the same. We love our 2015 Highlander. Berto Arroyo? A class act. Kind and Responsive. I don't drive a lot, but like most people, I can't get by without a car. Buying or leasing a new car is one of those quintessential American experiences that should be fun. I started leasing Toyotas– they are beautiful cars and infinitely reliable. Every few years I review the various leasing incentives out there and pick a new baby. Today it was a Rav4 Hybrid XLE–all sorts of bells and whistles. Mr. Arroyo was charming and delightful to work with. The process takes a little time, but–that's paperwork for you. I left delighted with my purchase and impressed with the professional and friendly conduct by all involved. I've always liked this dealership and have gotten my cars there for years so they must be doing something right. More
